State level Dharna Pradarshan was organised in District Mandi against unprecedented price hike of daily need items and other essential commodities like vegitables, pulses, gas cylinder, oil etc.
Terming Central BJP Government as puppet playing in hands of few big business houses State President HPCC kuldeep Singh Rathore attacked both the State and Central government for it’s failure to bring back Indian economy to track despite cheapest crude oil prices in the International market. Procession against increasing price rise and inflation was taken from Gandhi Bhawan to DC office Mandi wherein thousands of Congress workers shouted slogans against Anti people policies of the government.
Earlier a meeting of DCC Mandi and BCC Presidents of all Blocks of Mandi was convened in Raj Mahal auditorium Mandi where message of unity and strengthening party at grass root level was delivered by the President. Office of Youth Congress DCC Mandi was inagurated by the President on this occasion wherein newly elected members and office bearers of Youth Congress Mandi were facilitated by the HPCC President.
