Faculty of Engineering and Technology today launched a webinar series “TechTalks” under which it will host interesting webinars on technical as well as general topics of interest.
The first of the series of webinars was held on Saturday on the topic “Unleash Yourself : Corporate Journey Begins”.
The session was taken by Ms. Baljeet Arora who is working as a Manager (HR) at SML ISUZU Ltd. She has a rich experience of 13 years in the field of Human Resource development. She has trained and empowered many executives from various companies across the corporate world and students from schools and colleges. She took this webinar as a part of her selfless mission to touch lives of people, specially students and help them focus on their life goals and get success.
Brig. Neeraj Parashar (Dean Engineering), Faculty of Engineering and Technology inaugurated the webinar series by welcoming the speaker and all the participants. Then, Prof. Bhaskar Goel, Head, School of Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineering introduced the speaker to the audience.
The programme focused on realising the inner strengths and potential. She gave insights about how to adapt to the change, art of active listening, understanding the expectations from corporate world and finally 5 keys to be successful in life.
More than 50 participants, which included students as well as teachers from across the university attended the webinar.
