Governor Bandaru Dattatraya and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur have expressed grief over martyrdom of 23 year old Anchit Kumar, who died in an operation at LAC in Arunachal Pradesh while combating the terrorists on Tuesday.
Anchit Kumar belonged to Dhar Village of Bohal Taliya Panchayat under Rajgarh Sub-Division in Sirmour District.
Governor said that Anchit Kumar has sacrificed his life while safeguarding the borders of the country and his sacrifice would always the remembered by people of the country and state. He prayed to the Almighty to give peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family members.
In his condolence message, Chief Minister said that Anchit Kumar while combating the terrorists, gave an example of exemplary bravery. He said that Anchit Kumar was a true warrior and his sacrifice and courage would always be remembered.
Jai Ram Thakur prayed to the Almighty for peace of departed soul and giving strength to bereaved family members.
